BUYING PROCESS
What is the Founding Members programme?
The Founding Members programme gives the earliest registered buyers at Apaulinha temporal exclusivity — a defined period of priority access before the wider market — combined with entry at the lowest tier of a structured price ladder. It is explicitly not a discount scheme.
Apaulinha's pricing follows an ascending ladder: an initial base level (indexed at 100), a second tier at approximately 112–115, and a later tier at approximately 125–130. Founding Members purchase at the base of that ladder because they commit earliest, while later buyers enter at the levels then prevailing. The value of membership is therefore twofold: first choice among the nine villas, and the first price level — advantages of timing and access rather than reductions from a list price.
The distinction is deliberate. Discounting early in a sales cycle signals doubt about a product; a price ladder reflects the opposite — a small, finite offering whose value is expected to firm as the estate completes and the remaining inventory shrinks. With only nine villas, sequencing matters.
The precise mechanics of the programme — the number of Founding Member places, the length of the exclusivity window, and the conditions of registration — are [Information required from developer]. Prospective buyers can register interest to receive these details directly.
