ABOUT APAULINHA
What is the Club of Nine?
The Club of Nine is the working name for Apaulinha's owners' club — the body that gathers the nine villa owners and gives them collective control over how the estate's shared services are run. The name itself is a branding designation still to be confirmed by the developer; the structure it describes, an owners' club, is established.
Through the club, owners can define and evolve the operating rules and the organisation of the common services — the reception and restaurant, the spa and gym, the Shelter, the Bunker Bar, the padel court and the grounds. Day-to-day operation rests with two permanent staff housed on the property, one dedicated to reception and restauration, the other to maintenance and estate management, supported by specialised outside providers for pools, gardens, cleaning, linen and administration. The club is the forum through which the nine households decide, together, how those services should work for them.
The intent is a light, efficient management model with controlled running costs — governance at the scale of nine families rather than the anonymous committee structures of larger resorts. Because every owner is also a shareholder of the estate's operating company, decisions taken in the club align naturally with each household's interests as both resident and stakeholder.
